There's a white bar at the top hiding my menu

This is due to Divi's latest update using the "Minify And Combine Javascript Files" & "Minify And Combine CSS Files". Go to "Theme Options > General" and scroll to the bottom to flip off both of those toggle switches. Screen_Shot_2017-09-06_at_10.03.15_AM.png
